Place the unworn footwear in its original GORAL box and ensure all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
